General Information & Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Kkriya platform and all of its services. Kkriya is an online gaming and betting platform operated at https://kkriya.ws. These Terms are published in Bangla, which is the official version.

Whether you access this platform from Bangladesh or any other country, you are solely responsible for complying with the applicable laws of your jurisdiction. Kkriya does not provide legal advice, and it is the user's responsibility to verify whether online gaming is legal in their area.

Account Registration & Usage

To open an account on Kkriya, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. You are responsible for the security of your own account — never share your password with anyone.

This account is for personal use only. Placing bets on behalf of third parties, managing someone else's account, or using it for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification & Minor Protection

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Kkriya. The date of birth provided during registration is subject to verification. Kkriya reserves the right to request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time if there is reason for doubt.

Kkriya takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If a person registers using a false date of birth and this is later proven, the account will be suspended immediately and all associated transactions will be considered void.

Betting & Gaming Rules

Please keep the following rules in mind whenever you are betting on the Kkriya platform. These rules apply to all game types and betting events.

Betting Limits:

• The minimum bet amount for each game will be stated individually.
• Maximum bet limits are determined by the user's account level and the event in question.
• Your daily maximum bet limit can be set manually from your account settings.

Results & Payouts:

• Bet outcomes are determined directly by the official result of the relevant event.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Kkriya reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Kkriya is not liable for any issues arising from internet disconnection during live betting.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered mobile banking number.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, Kkriya reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Kkriya regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer comes with specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements (typically 10–30x).
• A bonus offer may only be used once per person, per device, or per IP address.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• If Bonus Abuse is proven, the account will be suspended.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kkriya platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and potential legal action.

• Fraud: Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to hack the system.
• Bot Usage: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Collusion: Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• False Identity: Creating or operating an account under someone else's identity.
• Misuse: Harassing support staff or other members.

Account Suspension & Closure

Kkriya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of the Terms & Conditions is violated.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected.

You may close your account at any time. In that case, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered mobile banking number; however, all bonus balances will be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Kkriya is committed to delivering the highest standard of service. However, Kkriya will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection or issues with your device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Any loss resulting from your account password being accessed by another person.
• Losses resulting from service disruptions due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances.
• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the user.

Kkriya's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount of actual funds deposited in the account at the time of the relevant incident.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with Kkriya, please contact our support team first. Most issues are typically resolved within 24–48 hours.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

2. Submit a detailed description of the issue along with any supporting evidence.
3. The Kkriya team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.

In the event of a dispute over bet outcomes, Kkriya's records will be considered final unless a technical error can be proven.

Changes & Amendments to Terms

Kkriya reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Users will be notified via their registered email at least 7 days before any changes take effect, and updates will also be published on the website.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, please contact support to close your account.
